CHICAGO (CBS) — A man was murdered in an alley in the chaotic industrial district barely a block from Wrigley Area around the weekend, and it continues to be on the minds of men and women in the area.
As CBS 2’s Steven Graves documented, business homeowners joined a meeting with law enforcement at the City Hall (19th) District station Tuesday afternoon.
Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) was current at the meeting, which had been prepared for some time to examine security heading into the summer time. Sunday’s murder has only heightened the problem.
